By using JobWay (“Service”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our Services.
1. Use of Service
JobWay is a platform for tracking jobs, clients, and payments. Payments recorded in JobWay are for tracking purposes only; no actual payment processing occurs within the app itself. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Accounts
- Provide accurate information when creating an account.
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Be responsible for all activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions & Payments
JobWay offers paid subscription tiers billed via Stripe. All payments are final. Refunds are subject to Stripe and JobWay’s refund policies. Access to certain features (like payment tracking) requires a Premium subscription.
4. Content & Intellectual Property
All content, design, logos, and code in JobWay are owned by JobWay or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal or harmful activities
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service
6. Limitation of Liability
JobWay is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data. JobWay does not guarantee accuracy of user-recorded payment tracking.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You can also cancel your subscription at any time.
8. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms. Changes will be posted at jobway.app/terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Australia.
