Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: 25 January 2026

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to subscriptions purchased for JobWay (“Service”). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy in addition to our Terms of Service.

1. Subscription Billing

JobWay offers paid subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

Free Trial Policy

JobWay offers a 28-day free trial for new users only on the monthly premium plan. No credit card or payment information is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, your account will move into an expired state, and you will lose access to features until a valid payment method is provided and a subscription is purchased.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
  • You will not be charged again unless you resubscribe.

3. Refunds

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, JobWay does not provide refunds for:

  • Partially used billing periods
  • Change of mind after the free trial period has concluded
  • Unused features or time remaining on a subscription

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

We are committed to resolving any billing issues fairly. Please contact us at support@jobway.app before initiating a chargeback with your bank.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the immediate suspension of your account to prevent unauthorized activity.

5. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under that law.
